Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from my UK sewing studio. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Express orders may require a signature on delivery, depending on the delivery service used. If a signature is needed, someone will need to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are sent with tracking. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. International orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on destination.

For some destinations, duties and import taxes are included in the price. Where this applies, it will be stated on your chosen shipping option at checkout. If it isn't stated, any duties, taxes or customs charges applied by your country on delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Express international shipping is available on request. Please get in touch for more information or to arrange a faster delivery service.

2026 UK Bank Holidays

The following dates are UK Bank Holidays and any orders placed on these dates will be processed on the following business day. Any orders due to be delivered on these days will be delivered the following business day.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing, trade union strikes and bank holidays that we cannot control.
