All orders are dispatched from my UK sewing studio. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Working days are Monday to Friday.

The following dates are UK Bank Holidays and any orders placed on these dates will be processed on the following working day. Any orders due to be delivered on these days will be delivered the following working day.

International Customs Charges

Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely. Orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing, trade union strikes and bank holidays that we cannot control.
