All Ashlea Baker Swimwear pieces are designed and handmade with care. To help maintain the quality, fit, and longevity of your swimwear, please follow the care instructions below.
Caring for your swimwear:
- Hand wash only in cool water.
- Mild or no detergent.
- Do not scrub, soak, bleach, tumble dry, dry-clean or iron.
- Lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Avoid rough surfaces / accessories to prevent fabric snagging.
Long-term exposure to chlorine can cause swimwear fabrics to break down over time, so it is best to wash your piece as soon as possible after wear. Sun creams, body oils, and moisturisers may cause discolouration, particularly on lighter fabrics. To reduce the risk of staining, apply sun cream first and allow it to fully absorb before putting on your swimwear.
