Refund policy
Custom Made Items
• Custom made items are non refundable and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made to order
• Please ensure you check your sizing carefully before placing your order
• If you require assistance, you are welcome to contact the studio prior to purchasing
Ready to Wear Items
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached and hygiene strip intact if applicable
• Items should be returned in the original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, please wear underwear when trying on your items
• Please take care to avoid marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan or similar
• Items returned with any stains, damage or signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to you
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Registering Your Return
• Returns must be registered within 7 days of delivery
• To request a return, please contact the studio with your full name, order number and reason for return
• If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to you
Return Timeframes
Exchanges
• Please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery with your full name, order number and the item or size you would like to exchange for
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
• You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
• Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
Late or Unauthorised Returns
• Returns that are sent late or without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund
• These may be returned to you at your expense or issued as a credit note
• A £2.50 restocking fee will be deducted from any credit note issued
Damages or Issues
• Please inspect your order upon arrival
• If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact the studio as soon as possible so this can be resolved
Non Returnable Items
• Returns are not accepted on sale items, outlet items or gift cards
• All purchases of these items are final
